Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Ripetta Relais was mixed. While the location is fantastic for walking to major attractions, I faced significant issues like a lack of cleanliness and poor customer service from the owner, which really detracted from my experience. The absence of an elevator and the noise from street-side rooms were also bothersome. The comfort of the bed was a silver lining, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. 😕
My stay at Ripetta Relais was a mix of good and bad. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Rome, making it easy to explore on foot. However, I faced several issues, particularly with the cleanliness and the lack of an elevator, which made carrying my luggage quite the challenge. Despite these drawbacks, I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, and I did appreciate the comfort of the room.
My stay at Ripetta Relais was quite disappointing. While the location offered great access to major attractions, the overall cleanliness and maintenance issues were a big letdown. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns about the state of the hotel, which further marred my experience.
My stay at Ripetta Relais was disappointing, to say the least. The location was great for exploring Rome, but the lack of an elevator and the steep stairs were a hassle. On top of that, cleanliness was concerning, and the owner's indifference to my complaints was frustrating.
I had mixed experiences during my stay at Ripetta Relais. The location is really good, making it easier to explore major attractions on foot. However, the lack of elevator service and cleanliness issues were disappointing. Overall, I felt the hotel didn't meet the boutique standard I expected, as several areas need improvement.
