My stay at Ripetta Relais was mixed. While the location is fantastic for walking to major attractions, I faced significant issues like a lack of cleanliness and poor customer service from the owner, which really detracted from my experience. The absence of an elevator and the noise from street-side rooms were also bothersome. The comfort of the bed was a silver lining, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. 😕
